Our Attorneys

Farzan S. Namvari is an attorney at California Self-Insurance Law, where he represents various self-insured employers, self-insured groups, insurance companies, stand-alone self-Insureds and third-party administrators in business litigation and workers' compensation cases. Farzan started his career in workers' compensation working for James Rossi at Rossi Law Group as an associate attorney for two years. Farzan also has experience handling civil litigation.  Farzan worked for a well-known plaintiffs’ personal injury firm where he was responsible for all aspects of litigating cases from inception to trial. Farzan also has civil experience representing self-insured groups in civil court and arbitration.

 

Farzan is very familiar with all aspects of handling workers’ compensation claims from inception to resolution, including AOE/COE trials, trials on all issues, depositions of witnesses and doctors, and the strategic pursuit of discovery. He routinely works closely with his clients to ensure all relevant information is used to defend claims in order to achieve the most favorable outcomes.

 

When not focusing on civil litigation and workers compensation defense, he enjoys supporting Arsenal FC, travelling, hiking, and attending sporting events.
