Biography

Shawn Petrotta is an Associate Attorney here at CA-SIL, where he specializes in representing a diverse range of clients in workers’ compensation matters. His clients include self-insured employers, self-insurance groups, insurance carriers, stand-alone self-insureds, and third-party administrators.

Shawn has been practicing since 2013, Before joining CA-SIL, Shawn dedicated 5 years to practicing as a workers’ compensation attorney. Initially, Shawn worked on the applicant side, transitioning to the defense side. It’s clear that Shawn has a passion for advocating on behalf of the defense in workers’ compensation cases.

Before specializing in Workers’ Compensation, Shawn gained experience in several other areas of law, including Bankruptcy, Criminal Law, Family Law, and Personal Injury. 

In his free time, Shawn enjoys spending moments with his family, exploring his passions in cooking and cinema, and outdoor activities especially camping.
